after according to "high-tech enterprise management approach" (guokefahuo [2008] no. 172) and the relevant provisions of the "people's republic of china enterprise income tax law", the company obtained from high-tech enterprise qualification may apply for three years reduced to 15 % corporate income tax rate of tax incentives.
